Partners Kurt Zaner and Marc Harden were Both Included in National Trial Lawyers’ Prestigious Lawyer Club

DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / August 10, 2015 / Kurt Zaner and Marc Harden, personal injury lawyers from Zaner Harden Law, are pleased to announce that they were both invited into National Trial Lawyers’ exclusive “Top 40 under 40” exclusive Trial Lawyer Club.

As a spokesperson for the Denver-based law firm noted, National Trial Lawyers is a top 100, invitation-only organization that is made up of the premier trial lawyers from each state. To be invited to join the list, the lawyers must meet strict qualifications as civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense lawyers.

As its name implies, the “Top 40 under 40” is composed of top trial lawyers who are younger than the age of 40. Membership into this prestigious group is by invitation only.

To be selected for the “Top 40 under 40” listing, both Kurt and Marc underwent a multi-phase process which included both peer nominations and third-party research. Membership is offered only to the few most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate the important qualification of reputation, influence, leadership, influence, stature and public profile.

In addition to being invited to be part of the National Trial Lawyers’ list, Marc was recently a speaker and recognized expert for the statewide blockbuster event for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. During the event, Marc instructed fellow Colorado trial lawyers on how to win a difficult liability case. Kurt recently spoke at the National Summer Convention for the premier trial lawyers organization called the American Association of Justice. During the summer convention, which was held in Montreal, Kurt instructed fellow trial lawyers on jury selection and how to overcome gender, generational and cultural biases.
